Great selection and products. To be frank, when I said my budget was only $10k for a streamer amp and speakers, I did not feel that great customer service love that other buyers here ( who have spent multiples of that) have felt. But then again, I guess I should not be surprised.

I left West Palm in 1998 so I haven't set foot in Audio Advisors in almost 30 years. I loved car audio when I was in high school and college and my dream at the time was to have had an AA installed system, although I was never able to afford it. My best friend at the time, however, could afford it, and I remember it vividly: It was two JL Audio 12W1 in a fiberglass box built, tuned, and ported specifically for the hatch of his Chevy Camaro. Never had I heard such pristine sound in a vehicle. It's an impression that has lasted with me to this very day. So, I'm leaving them a 5-Star review 30 years in the making (since Google and the internet in general were in their still-wet-behind-the-ears infancy in those days!). I'm also leaving this review because I absolutely LOVE some of the responses I've read from the Founder of the company, Jeff Hoover. Wayne and the team at Audio Advisors are wonderful. They have expertly repaired and upgraded our Control4 system we inherited when we bought our condo. We called for emergency service on a Saturday due to a building power outage that knocked out our TV and internet, and they arrived in less than 2 hours to get our equipment working. They installed Lutron hard-wired electric shades with remote controls for our west facing 4-panel doors. The west sun made watching TV in the afternoon difficult. The obscurity level 3 shades they recommended are perfect. The shades are so sleek and quiet. We are thrilled with the look and operation. The showroom is amazing and worth a trip to see all the beautiful audio equipment you never heard of. Thank you to Audio Advisors. We appreciate your expertise and great service.

The ABSOLUTE best customer service. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences here. I have purchased 2 McIntosh systems here along with Wilson Sasha DAW and Sabrina X speakers. I could not be more pleased with everything. In addition the record selection is just phenomenal. Rudi, in hifi, has endless knowledge of all the stunning audio equipment and is just a pleasure to work with. The store is in a great location with ample parking.
